Our Back To Process policy is designed for travel businesses and partners who wish to resume or reinstate previously paused or discontinued digital services. This ensures a smooth continuation of operations with clarity and professionalism.
Back to Process refers to the reactivation of any service cycle that was:
- Put on hold due to non-payment or inactivity.
- Discontinued voluntarily by the client.
- Left incomplete after demo/trial phase.
- Suspended due to policy violation.
Reactivation Request Window
Clients must request reactivation within 30 calendar days of service discontinuation. Beyond this period, a new onboarding process and fresh charges may apply.
Charges & Payment Terms
A minimal reactivation or resume fee is applicable depending on the service. All dues must be cleared before reactivation.
Service Timeline After Reactivation
- Standard reactivation timeline is 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Website and digital campaigns may take 2–5 working days based on technical dependency.
- Any previously deleted data, leads, or reports may not be recoverable.
Conditions & Limitations
- Past offers or discounts are not applicable upon reactivation.
- If the service was discontinued due to policy violation, spam activity or unethical behavior, reactivation is subject to approval.
- For SEO/marketing campaigns, campaign progress will be reset from zero.
- Website/server-based services require valid domain/server access at the time of resumption.
Data Handling & Privacy
- We try our best to retain client data during short service gaps.
- However, after 30 days of inactivity, data storage is not guaranteed.
- Clients are encouraged to export or back up critical data before deactivation.
Communication & Support
All reactivation queries must be submitted via email or official communication channels. Processing will begin only after formal written confirmation.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Reactivation fees are non-refundable once technical work has been initiated.
- If a client cancels after payment but before setup, a partial refund may be considered (case-by-case basis).
- No refund will be applicable for delays caused by incomplete client access or response delays.
Final Rights & Modifications
The service provider reserves the right to:
- Modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Deny reactivation based on account history.
- Introduce additional verification or re-onboarding requirements.
