Responses

| 200 | duplicate | The buyer already has this number. Recorded as a repeat enquiry, not billed. |
| 200 | idempotent: true | Same external_id seen before. Nothing new was created. |
| 401 | invalid_api_key | Key missing, wrong or replaced. |
| 409 | daily_cap_reached | The buyer's daily limit is reached. |
| 422 | invalid_phone, buyer_code_required, unknown_buyer_code, no_active_buyer | Fix the request and send again. |
| 429 | rate_limited | Maximum 120 requests per minute. |
Reversals
A buyer can ask to reverse a lead within 72 hours (wrong number, fake enquiry, customer never enquired, already a customer). You will see it in the Leads tab and can accept it (not billed) or dispute it. Disputes are decided by our team.
